Our Board of Directors

Fundamental Learning Center was founded in 2001 through the combined efforts of Jeanine Phillips and Gretchen Andeel to serve parents, teachers and children in Wichita and surrounding Kansas communities. Our goal is to ensure that children with learning difficulties succeed in school and reach their full potential.

Our Executive Director

Jeanine Phillips, CALT, QI, Executive Director

Along with Gretchen Andeel, Jeanine Phillips founded Fundamental Learning Center in January 2001. These two women created this organization in an effort to bring quality instruction to teachers and ultimately to help students in the area of reading for the state of Kansas. Since it’s inception, their goal of “All children reading. All children succeeding.” has had rippling effects that no one can quite calculate.
